Eligible teachers include Pre-K
through 12 in the Wichita-area who
inspire and motivate students to great heights in education.
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate creative teaching, develop youth
community programs, and have an exceptional attitude despite adversity or any
other activities that add greater value to learning.
I have been "walking on air", basking in the attention, congratulatory comments and praise from my co-workers, family, friends and strangers. I am elated. Recent days have felt as if they were surrounded with a "glow" - I am resilient to discouraging thoughts and able to handle life's little irritations much more easily.
WHY?
I have been given the gift of recognition. If this has happened to you, you know what I'm talking about.
Those persons with ADD/ADHD rarely are given this gift. Please make it a choice to bestow justified recognition on an ADDer in your life.
